Evaluation Process
Expanded abstracts will be peer-reviewed in the 'double blind review - two ad hoc reviewers' (double blind review) modality. For this reason, the name(s) of the author(s), institutional affiliation, title and e-mail(s) of each author should not appear in the text of the work, but only in the metadata field of the OCS system intended for this purpose. This information should only be placed after the evaluation.
The evaluation of the papers submitted to the XIII Encuentro EDICIC consider the following criteria:
1 - Contribution to the theme for XIII Encuentro EDICIC;
2 - Description of the research problem and objectives;
3 - Consistency in relation to theoretical and methodological options;
4 - Relevance and updating of the theoretical framework;
5 - Clarity and objectivity in relation to the presentation and discussion of results;
6 - Cohesion in terms of scientific language;
7 - Compliance with the Event template and observance of formatting and normalization norms and standards.
The ad hoc evaluators of the XIII EDICIC Meeting will inform the decisions, presenting the author(s) with one of the options described below:
- Paper accepted without alterations/modifications.
- Paper accepted, as long as the requested changes are made.
- Paper refused.
