Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Arts of the Lisbon University and Assistant Professor in the Information Science and Documentation Program. PhD in Information Science from the Coimbra University. Master in Contemporary History. Postgraduate degree in Library Science and Documentation from the Lisbon University. Degree in History. He worked for several years as a librarian in specialized and higher education libraries and as a criminal information analyst at the Criminal Police. He is a researcher in the Information Science team of the Center for Classical Studies of the Lisbon University and in the Archival Working Group of the Center for Religious History Studies at the Catholic University of Portugal. |

Master in Information and Documentation Sciences from the Catholic University of Portugal. Degree in History from the Porto University. Assistant Professor in the Department of Communication and Information, Faculty of Arts, Porto University. Researcher at the Transdisciplinary Research Center for Culture, Space and Memory (CITCEM). She was responsible for the Documentation Center of the Teachers' Union of the Northern Zone, followed by a role as a trainer in the Itinerant Program of the General Directorate of Books and Libraries. She provided consultancy services to the Regional Health Administration of the North, in the development of the Knowledge Office, culminating in her role as global manager of scientific information at the BIAL Foundation. |

PhD in Documentary Sciences. Master's degree in Modern History and Postgraduate degree in Documentary Sciences. Degree in History. Assistant Professor at the Coimbra University, where she teaches in the Bachelor's, Master's and Doctorate degrees in Information Science. She was an Adjunct Professor at the Polytechnic Institute of Porto from 2002 to 2020, where she coordinated the Bachelor's degree in Documentation and Information Sciences and Technologies and served as Director of the Master's degree in Business Information, among other management positions. Elected President of the Spain-Portugal Chapter of the International Society for Knowledge Organization (ISKO), since November 2019. Member of the board of the Bobcatsss Association (AKA Euclid), since January 2021. Received the Raul Proenca Award, sponsored by the Directorate-General for Books and Libraries (2009). Researcher on information behavior, especially Personal information management; information literacy; knowledge organization, particularly in institutional repositories; information management, with a focus on organizational e-mail management. |

PhD in Information Science from the Coimbra University. PhD, Master's and Bachelor's degrees in History from the Lisbon University. Associate Professor with Habilitation in Information Science at the Faculty of Arts of the Lisbon University, where he heads the Programme in Documentation and Information Sciences, the PhD in Information Science and the research team in Information Science at the Centre for Classical Studies (CEC-FLUL). He is the author, co-author and editor of over two hundred titles in the areas of Information Science, History and Cultural Management. Director of the CI Collection – Information Science, a co-publisher of Edições Colibri and the Centre for Classical Studies of the Faculty of Arts of the Lisbon University. Researcher at the Centre for Classical Studies of the Faculty of Arts of the Lisbon University and member of several scientific societies, including The International Society for Knowledge Organization (ISKO), the Portuguese Association of Communication Sciences (SOPCOM), the Association for Education and Research in Information Science of Ibero-America and the Caribbean (EDICIC) and the Portuguese Academy of History. |

Director of the PhD in Communication and Information Sciences. She was Chair of the Department of Communication and Information Sciences (2010-2014). She was Director of the Bachelor's Degree in Information Science (2003-2014) and of the Doctoral Program in Information and Communication in Digital Platforms (2013-2014). She was Scientific Coordinator of the Center for Studies in Communication Technologies and Sciences (CETAC.MEDIA). Member of the Transdisciplinary Research Center "Culture, Space and Memory" (CITCEM). Researcher on topics of information organization and representation; access and retrieval, especially in archives; theoretical and methodological issues in Information Science. She was Director and President of the Scientific Council of FLUP (2014-2023). |

PhD in Communication Sciences from the São Paulo University (USP). Master's degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (PUC-Campinas). Permanent professor of the Postgraduate Program in Information Science at Unesp. President of the Association for Education and Research in Information Science of Ibero-America and the Caribbean (EDICIC) (2021-2025). Coordinator of the Working Group 'Information and Knowledge Management (GT-4) of the Association for Research and Postgraduate Studies in Information Science (ANCIB) (2024-2025). She served as Supervisor of the Marília Public Policy Institute (IPPMAR) (2021-2023). She served as Coordinator of the Postgraduate Program in Information Science at Unesp (2017-2021). She served as President of the Brazilian Association for Education in Information Science (ABECIN) (2016-2019) and (2001-2004). She held the position of Vice-President of the Association for Education and Research in Information Science of Ibero-America and the Caribbean (EDICIC) (2009-2011). Paula Ochôa |
PhD in Documentation from the Alcalá University. Master in Information Management from Sheffield University. Degree in History from the Lisbon University. She also has a Course in Senior Management of Public Administration (CADAP) from the National Institute of Administration (INA). Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities of the New Lisbon University, where she coordinates the Master's degree in Heritage and co-coordinates the Master's degree in Curatorship and Digital Humanities, and is also Vice-President of the Ethics Committee. She was Head of Division and Director of Information and Documentation Services at the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Education (1996-2011). She worked as a librarian at the National Library and at the Book Institute, having worked in the Innovation Division for Public Libraries. Between 1991 and 2008, she taught in the Specialization Courses in Documentary Sciences and Master's Degree in Information and Documentation at the Faculty of Arts, Évora University and Azores University. |

Director of Archival and Standardization Services of the Directorate General for Books, Archives and Libraries (DGLAB), Portugal. PhD candidate in Information Science at the Coimbra University. Master in Documentation from the Alcalá University. He has coordinated the DGLAB Archive Systems Audit Program since 2008. Researcher at the Center for History, Territories and Communities, the Center for Interdisciplinary Studies of the 20th Century of the Coimbra University and the Center for Studies in Religious History of the Catholic University of Portugal. He was part of the technical team that developed the “TT Online” Project, a pioneer in the digitization and webization of content at the Torre do Tombo National Archive. He is a member of the Working Group on Management and Preservation of Electronic Documents of the Latin American Archival Association. He develops cooperation projects with the National Archive Institute of Cape Verde. He collaborates with the Porto Executive Academy, Business School of the Higher Institute of Accounting and Administration of Porto. |
