Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The contribution is original and unpublished, and is not being evaluated for publication by another event, journal or channel; otherwise, it must be justified in "Comments to the Editor".
  • The submission file is in: .DOC, .DOCX, .RTF or OpenOffice.
  • The URLs used are active.
  • The text follows the Event's rules and template.
  • All citations are in the references. All references have been cited.
  • The OCS system metadata was filled in correctly: full name of the author(s), email, affiliation, ORCID, title, abstract, keywords and references.

March 1 to May 20, 2025 - Ad hoc peer review cycle

May 30, 2025 - Publication of results

July 21, 2025 - Deadline for submission of full paper

By August 11, 2025 - Notification of accepted papers

DECLARATION OF COPYRIGHT

Authors who submit papers to the XI Encontro EDICIC Ibérico agree to the following terms:

  1. Authors own the copyright on the paper, allowing the Event to place it under the Creative Commons Attribution License, which provides free access to its contents for others to use and share the work with credit for authorship and initial presentation at this Event;
  2. Authors may waive the terms of the CC License and define additional agreements for the non-exclusive distribution and subsequent publication of this paper (e.g., publishing a version
    updated in a journal, made available in an institutional repository or even published in a book), with the credit of authorship and initial presentation of this Event;
